4. Fees & Payments

• Service fees are communicated prior to commencement of work.

• Payments made for consultancy services are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

• Delays in payment may result in suspension of ongoing support.

Customized or urgent services may involve additional charges.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client documents and business information. However:

• Clients are responsible for secure sharing of documents.

• We are not liable for breaches resulting from third-party platforms or email systems beyond our control.
